Description
A mono polar cutting loop (Store type) is a single-stem, stainless steel surgical instrument with a chrome finish that can be used for transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in urology or trans corporeal resection of the endometrium (TCRE) in gynaecology:
- Cutting:Â Removes prostate tissue in small chips to improve urine flow
- Coagulation:Â Coagulates and smooths the freshly resected surface of the prostate gland
- Incisions:Â Makes incisions for ureteral stenosis to treat upper urinary tract obstructionsÂ
